Retention and Use Period of Personal Information

- We retain and use your personal information until you request its deletion or withdraw your membership.
- However, the following information is retained for the periods specified below for the stated reasons.

A. Retention Under Internal Company Policy

- Records of requests for personal information deletion and membership withdrawal
　Reason for retention: Prevention of unauthorized use
　Retention period: 2 years from the date of membership withdrawal
　Information retained: ID, name, first part of resident registration number, email address

B. Retention Required by Applicable Laws

When retention is required under applicable laws, including the Consumer Protection Act, the Company retains member information for the period prescribed by those laws.
In such cases, the Company uses the retained information only for the purpose of retention. The retention periods are as follows.
- Records of consumer complaints or dispute resolution

　Retention period: 3 years
- Records of identity verification
　Reason for retention: Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection
　Retention period: 6 months
- Website visit records
　Reason for retention: Protection of Communications Secrets Act
　Retention period: 3 months
